Don’t underestimate the complexity of the eyelid area surgery. It seems like it’s simple, the recovery is easy, there is very little discomfort. But in truth it’s a technically very difficult procedure and if it’s not done correctly the problems that are generated can take operation and re-operation to try and correct. That’s right and certainly by going to a doctor, to a plastic surgeon who is board certified has relevant expertise and training within the eyelid arena and at the same time has his or her own before and after patient pictures certainly at least meets the minimum criteria that one should be looking at. It does. It does. And even if you do your research eyelid surgery like any other surgery does carry certain potential risks and complications with it. But with the right technique, the right surgeon, the complication rate is very, very minimal.
